Adopted Act on changes and amendments to the Chemicals Act 

The Parliament has adopted the Act on changes and amendments to the Chemicals Act, on 1st February 2008, which will come into force on 1st June 2008.

Draft Action Plan on implementation of the Global Plan of Action of Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM) in the Republic of Slovenia is in public discussion until 31 July 2007.

Changes of the Chemical Act

To harmonize with new EU Regulation REACH the Bureau has prepared Draft Regulation on Implementation of REACH Regulation and Draft Changes of the Chemcial Act.
